"Top Chef"
Season Finale Thursday, March 8 from 8 PM to 10 PM ET/PT on Bravo
During the 8 PM episode, “A Little Place Called Aspen,” the Chefs get a crash course in fly fishing, when they not only have to prepare the catch of the day, but they have to actually catch it too. Chef Chris Cosentino serves as guest judge. Then, the only thing standing between the chefs and the Grand Finale is 200 plates, for the country's most notable chefs and food connoisseurs attending the FOOD & WINE Classic. Serving only a vegetarian dish, they have to win over the likes of: Brooke Williamson, Danny Meyer, Bryan Voltaggio, Michael Voltaggio, Ludo Lefebvre, Scott Conant, Tim Love and guest judge Daniel Boulud and more.

Then during the 9 PM finale,  In an epic showdown in Aspen, the final two chefs cook the meal of their lives in an effort to take home the ultimate title and prize. They'll need to impress not only the judges but also culinary superstars Nancy Silverton, Jonathan Waxman and Curtis Duffy. It's a fight to the bitter end, but only one will be crowned Top Chef.

Recent episodes of Emmy and James Beard Award-winning “Top Chef,” took place in breathtaking Telluride with host Padma Lakshmi. The chefs cooked at Alpino Vino, a fine dining restaurant at the highest elevation in North America, where they prepared a dish that must include a baking element. And no chef knows the difficulty of cooking in high altitude locations like Michelin-star recipient Chef Paul Liebrandt who has cooked in the Swiss Alps. It was a tall order to impress judges of this caliber at just under 12,000 feet up.
