"Gotham" Season Finale Thursday, May 17 at 8 PM ET/PT on FOX
Based upon DC characters, season four of Gotham has witnessed the emergence of the criminal landscape for which Gotham City is best known, with Jim Gordan (Ben McKenzie) and Harvey Bullock (Donal Logue) at the forefront of the fight against the most depraved and unhinged villains. As the citizens of Gotham City fight for normalcy, a new hero begins to rise.
Bruce Wayne (David Mazouz), after completing his training with Temple Shaman (Raymond J. Barry) and R’as Ah Ghul (Alexander Siddig), decided that he is responsible for the city’s well-being. With the help of his ever-faithful butler Alfred Pennyworth (Sean Pertwee) and quiet support of Lucius Fox (Chris Chalk), he will step into this role, all while building up his public persona of carefree socialite to avoid any suspicion among Gotham’s citizens.
The last two episodes have started what can only be described as a catastrophic event, with the season finale changing the face of Gotham City forever.
Jeremiah warns a skeptical Gordon of more destruction coming Gotham’s way, and Gordon is forced to make a potentially devastating decision. Meanwhile, Barbara rallies together a team to secure her position, as alliances in the underworld shift and prove no one can be trusted. Then, Bruce is forced to come to terms with the future in the all-new “A Dark Knight: No Man’s Land” season finale episode of GOTHAM. Cameron Monaghan Mazouz guest stars.
