“Good Witch”
Season Finale Sunday, July 2 at 9 PM ET/PT on Hallmark Channel
In the previous episode, “Not Getting Married Today, Part One,” Cassie (Catherine Bell) learned the exciting news from an ecstatic Martha (Catherine Disher) that her son is engaged so a Middleton wedding is on the horizon!  But with Martha overseeing the affair, plans quickly escalate despite the couple’s desire for simple nuptials.  When Elizabeth (Allison Hossack), the haughty mother of the bride, arrives in Middleton early, she decides the plans aren’t elegant enough and takes over, leaving Martha feeling left out and dejected. Meanwhile, Sam’s (James Denton) globetrotting sister Joanne (Kate Greenhouse) arrives for a visit.  After seeing how loving Sam is toward Cassie, she is surprised to learn he hasn’t changed his mind about not wanting to remarry.

In the season finale “Not Getting Married Today, Part 2,” learning from Sam’s sister that he doesn’t plan on marrying again, Cassie takes a sojourn to Chicago to clear her head and meet with an old friend. When Sam finds out, he impulsively (and uncharacteristically) heads off to track her down. Meanwhile, the wedding planning has gotten out of control – Michael and Vanessa are fed up with their overbearing mothers and decide to call the whole thing off. When cooler heads prevail and the town rallies together to pull off the lovely and simple ceremony the bride and groom desire, Sam and Cassie find themselves face-to-face with their own future.
