Find out where it all started years ago — the accidental moments of genius — and how they became a part of our collective identity.
It's about food, fun facts and our team of tasters trying new spins on these classics. Bright lights, fast rides and great food, it's carnival time! Just sit right back and enjoy the treats on Food's Greatest Hits: corn dogs, loaded fries and funnel cake.

Get to know Food's Greatest Hits' experts, who will school you on the history of classic comfort dishes — including grilled cheese, burgers, milkshakes and more — and show you crazy twists on your favorite foods. The series will feature commentary from such Cooking Channel personalities as Roger Mooking, Eden Grinshpan, Alie and Georgia, Noah Cappe, Haylie Duff, Rev Run and Justine Simmons.

Episodes will follow the host of celebrities as they dive deep into such quintessential food groups as cheesey dishes; carnival treats; desserts; American diner foods; tacos, nachos and enchiladas; camping and breakfast foods; and BBQ favorites.

The 10 PM premiere episode is titled “Super cheesey.” Outrageously cheesey dishes in all their melty glory get the all-star treatment on Food's Greatest Hits. Featuring macaroni and cheese, grilled cheese sandwiches and with cheesecake.
