"Ellen’s Game of Games"
Premieres with Back-to-Back Episodes on Tuesday, January 2
at 8 PM ET/PT on NBC
Multi-award-winning television host, producer, writer, actress and entertainment powerhouse Ellen DeGeneres brings her hilarious comedy to primetime with ELLEN'S GAME OF GAMES, featuring super-sized versions of the most popular games from her daytime show.
DeGeneres, along with announcer Stephen "tWitch" Boss, will have contestants spinning in chairs, flying through the air or dropping through the floor. Contestants in the 8 PM episode will play "Bet Your Wife," " One-Eyed Monster," "Master Blaster" and "Blindfolded Musical Chairs." In "Bet Your Wife," two wives are suspended 30 feet in the air while their husbands bet on how many things the wife can name in 30 seconds, while "One-Eyed Monster" will find contestants answering trivia questions inside an oversized one-eyed monster, trying to avoid being swallowed whole.

Contestants in the 9 PM episode will play a hilarious game of "Blindfolded Musical Chairs," "Don't Leave Me Hanging," "Danger Word," and "Say What!?" In "Blindfolded Musical Chairs," contestants are eliminated as they crawl, roll and fumble their way to seats that are constantly shifting.

DeGeneres serves as host and executive producer of the hour-long comedy game show. Contestants, who are pulled right from the audience, will have to maneuver massive obstacles, answer questions under crushing time pressure and face gigantic plunges into the unknown. Every episode will feature DeGeneres’ one-of-a-kind comedy and irrepressible personality, along with a unique roster of games. The thrill of the pressure cooker situations and the instant wins will keep audiences on the edge of their seats.
