Premieres Monday, January 19 at 10/9c on AHC

In the aftermath of World War II, writer and activist Stetson Kennedy sets out on a one-man mission to infiltrate the Ku Klux Klan in Atlanta. After failing to get Klan members arrested, Kennedy risks his life to contact the producers of “The Adventures of Superman” radio show and propose a series of episodes, called “Clan of the Fiery Cross,” in which the superhero battles the KKK.

Intending to strip away the Klan's mystique, Kennedy shares valuable information with the producers, including secret code words and rituals, that are perceived to have a negative impact on Klan recruiting and membership. The program is a national sensation but provokes outrage in the KKK. Their hunt to find the traitor could cost Kennedy his life.
