“Rookie Blue” is a one-hour, original dramatic series that provides a candid look at a group of young and ambitious rookie police officers. By now, many of them have become seasoned cops who continue to navigate the emotional trials and tribulations of their professional and personal lives. Last season, the officers at 15 Division unearthed many sins of their past – dug through them, and aired them out, paving the way to move forward. This season, they will have to embrace living in the gray areas, because life is complicated and the best laid plans are just that. But sometimes it’s the unpredictable things life throws our way that turn out to be exactly what we need.

The sixth season begins after two bombs have been dropped on the officers of 15 Division — the explosion in the evidence room, and the revelation that Sam’s ex-girlfriend, Marlo, is pregnant with Sam’s baby. Andy and Sam remain blissfully unaware, enjoying their much-deserved happiness-bubble together. That feeling won’t last as Marlo’s pregnancy news won’t be kept secret for long, and both Andy and Sam will have to decide how to deal with their devastating new reality. The pregnancy will be a complicated obstacle to Andy and Sam’s happily-ever-after, with new challenges at every turn, and only Andy can decide if she’s willing to stick with Sam and rebuild her vision of their future.

Meanwhile, after walking away from Chloe for good, Dov will focus on his new gig – working in Intelligence with Marlo to unpack the suspicious events of the Ted McDonald case.  And neither can believe it when their findings point back to corruption within 15 Division itself.  But amidst this turmoil, Dov can’t get Chloe out of his head and will have to figure out if he wants to give her another chance. A post-rehab Chris is ready for a fresh start on the straight and narrow, but temptation strikes in an unexpected form: an affair with a beautiful woman from his support group who turns out to not only be married, but married to someone at 15 Division. With Holly gone to San Francisco, Gail’s committed to jumping through whatever hoops necessary to demonstrate she’s ready to adopt orphaned Sophie. After successfully navigating her custody battle with Dex – and blowing up her relationship with Steve in the process – Traci is ready to let Steve back in, knowing they both made mistakes the first time around. One particularly traumatizing case will test everything Traci has learned as a detective and cement Steve as the man by her side.

“Rookie Blue” stars Missy Peregrym (“Heroes,” “Reaper”) as Andy McNally, Gregory Smith (“Everwood”) as Dov Epstein, Charlotte Sullivan (“The Kennedys”) as Gail Peck, Enuka Okuma (“24”) as Traci Nash, Travis Milne (“Leslie, My Name is Evil”) as Chris Diaz, Peter Mooney (“Camelot,” ABC’s Family/Global’s “Falcon Beach”) as Nick Collins, Matt Gordon (“The Eleventh Hour”) as Oliver Shaw, Ben Bass (“The Eleventh Hour”) as Sam Swarek and Priscilla Faia (“Eleventh Victim,” “Psych”) as Chloe Price.
