"Good Witch"
Sunday, May 8 at 9 PM ET/PT on Hallmark Channel

Spend Mother’s Day with the spellbinding mother-daughter duo Cassie Nightingale (Catherine Bell) and Grace (Bailee Madison) in an all-new “Good Witch” episode premiering Sunday, May 8, 9 pm ET/PT, 8C on Hallmark Channel.  In the episode “The Trouble with Love,” Cassie feels uncharacteristically helpless when Grace admits she’s been spending time with Sam (James Denton) because she’s hurting from the loss of her father. This is one problem Cassie doesn’t have the perfect remedy for -- all she can do is be there for her daughter as only a mother can.

As Cassie turns to Sam for support, her old friend John (Dan Payne) seems to want more than friendship when he asks her to attend a university gala as his date. Meanwhile, Linda (Gabrielle Miller) officially moves in to Sam’s house and quickly makes Nick (Rhys Matthew Bond) miserable with her controlling ways. Abigail (Sarah Power) desperately searches for a new assistant at her shop to help her finish Martha’s (Catherine Disher) large flower order. She tries a shortcut to solve her problem but ultimately gets some special help and hope from Cassie that gives her the push she needs to do things right.

As Cassie’s intuition gives Linda some guidance on Nick’s true feelings, Sam steps up to help Grace heal her heart with a special opportunity at his medical practice, proving just how much he cares for Cassie and her family. And while Linda makes a dramatic decision about her future in Middleton, Cassie learns the truth about John’s long-distance girlfriend and even she can’t predict the romantic dilemma that seems to be in store.

Also starring: Kylee Evans (“Stephanie”), Jefferson Brown (“Ben”), Dan Jeannotte (“Brandon”), Rebecca Dalton (“Tara”), Noah Cappe (“Police Chief Derek”), Kate Corbett (“Eve”), Teagan Vincze (“Sophie”), Sherry Miller (“Betty”), Paul Miller (“Tom Tinsdale”), Natalie Lisinska (“Sharon”), Edward Ruttle (“Michael”), Jonathan Purdon (“Carl”) and Patrick McManus (“Professor Turner”).
