Premieres Sunday, October 4 at 7 PM ET/PT on Travel Channel

50/50 is an action-packed, 50-hour getaway worth $50,000, and it starts when two Travel Channel hosts find unsuspecting people on the street and ask a simple question: Can you leave right now?

Travel Channel expert Samantha Brown and her adventurous pal Chris Grundy are heading to a town near you, and they're doing the asking. If you say "yes," it's wheels up on an unforgettable 2-day getaway worth $50,000 — and you'll get to choose where you go, what you do, when you eat and if you sleep.

But you must drop everything and leave right now!

Having spent more than a decade at Travel Channel, Samantha Brown has hosted a number of the network’s shows, including Passport to Europe, Passport to Latin America and Passport to Great Weekends. She also co-hosted The Trip 2015, which explored the grand beauty and hidden adventures of Hawaii, and The Trip 2014, which took viewers on a once-in-a-lifetime journey through Spain and Morocco.

In Travel Channel’s 50/50, Samantha teams up with her adventurous pal Chris Grundy. From 2012 to 2015, Chris served as host of DIY Network’s Blog Cabin. He previously hosted DIY’s Cool Tools and HGTV’s Home Strange Home and Professional Grade. An avid do-it-yourselfer, he tackles any project by forging ahead with his enthusiasm.

In 50/50, the pair seek out unsuspecting people on the street and ask if they would like an extreme getaway for 50 hours that’s worth $50,000. If they say “yes,” it’s wheels up on an unforgettable adventure, where they choose where to go, what to do, what to eat and when to sleep. But there’s 1 catch — they must drop everything and leave right now.
