Tuesday, January 15: The hosts sit down with “Glass” star SAMUEL L. JACKSON, and NOOMI RAPACE previews the film “Close.” And Kelly and Ryan try “Buff Yoga” with fitness professional TAJ HARRIS as part of “Jan-YOU-ary.”
Wednesday, January 16: Kelly and Ryan interview comedian and TV host HOWIE MANDEL, and MOLLY RINGWALD discusses the film “All These Small Moments.” Also, “Jan-YOU-ary” continues with a partner workout from personal trainer DOLVETT QUINCE.
Thursday, January 17: “Glass” star SARAH PAULSON visits, and REGINA HALL chats about the series “Black Monday.” In addition, fitness expert JILLIAN MICHAELS teaches Kelly and Ryan the “Stress-Releasing Workout” during “Jan-YOU-ary.”
Friday, January 18: WILLIAM H. MACY speaks about the series “Shameless,” and “Jan-YOU-ary” comes to an end with “The No Excuses Home Workout” with Good Housekeeping’s MEAGHAN MURPHY. Plus, singer-songwriter ELLE KING performs for the “Live” audience.
